		<description>Just received my 10 pounds of Mangalitsa spread out over jowl, loin and belly. The taste is remarkable: Sublimely porky but lighter than your standard bacons. I&#039;ve been saving the fat to make lardo and tonight&#039;s jowl with peas and garlic over pappardelle was unspeakably great. 

Did I mention that the shipping container was perfectly packed and arrived in great condition? Thanks, Foods in Season. You&#039;ve made my 2009.</description>
